Dr. Colleen Foos is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. She has been in practice in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania for over 16 years, and during that time has provided compassionate medical care for women of all ages, from adolescent gynecology to menopause care.  Dr. Foos has privileges at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, PA, Harrisburg Hospital in Harrisburg, PA (Pinnacle Health System) and The West Shore Surgery Center, in Mechanicsburg, PA. She uses the very best in medical techniques and technology in treating her female patients. Her areas of interest include normal and high risk pregnancy, minimally invasive advanced laparoscopic surgery, robotic surgery with the DaVinci robot system, endometrial ablation techniques, vaginal prolapse surgery, and all forms of birth control including IUD, Mirena, and Essure sterilization. 
Dr. Foos received her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She performed her residency training at Madigan Army Medical Center at Fort Lewis, Washington. She proudly served eight years in the US Army as an OB/GYN. After leaving the Army, she has practiced in the Central PA community since 1998.

Board Certified OB/GYNSarah Curtis is a Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Pennsylvania and Certified by the National Certification Corporation. She earned her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Messiah College (Cum Laude).  She studied abroad at Boromarajonani College of Nursing in Thailand and at the University of Barcelona in Spain.  Sarah started her nursing career as a women's health nurse at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center, progressing to Labor and Delivery Nurse where she practiced for several years.  She also has been an Adjunct Professor for Messiah College since 2012 in the Nursing Department, training prospective nurses in clinical skills.  Sarah has a passion for education, obstetrical care, and women's health across the lifespan.  She is married and enjoys time with her black lab, Bear.
